"This is undoubtedly the best CD/DVD repair/cleaner machine that I have ever come across. The only problem that I come across is being able to find repair/cleaner refill kits. But, when I really find the best, there is no problem in searching for the refills until I find them (happy face). "

"I had 2 dvd's that would not work. One was a playstation game, the other a movie. Neither one would work before i used the repair cycle on this machine. Both were restored to working order in 4 minutes. Highly recommend. This paid for itself with the first repair. "
