Helped boost digital HD signal

"I had a few weak digital HD channels from my cable company's box as I had tried an "HD" splitter at my wall outlet so I could run one coax line to the cable box and another line to my DVD recorder. The purpose was so I could record non-scrambled signals using my recorder as opposed to renting the cable company's DVR. Not quite what I need

"I bought this to connect a cable modem, 2 stb's and a TV tuner card with a QAM tuner. I got a boost on the cable modem from -2.4 to +9.1 db but I did not notice much of an improvement in web browsing experience. It was ok before anyway. The TV reception went from pretty good to pretty bad so I took the thing offline and went back to my old setup. The item is now in a shoebox with all my other obsolete stuff...." Read Full Review »
