"This unit is a piece of junk. I am on my second unit as well from a warranty. Now, going to Audiovox, they won't even help me with any further problems and it is still under warranty. This unit was a waste of my time and money. It wasn't cheap, either. "

"I'm on my SECOND warranty replacement. This unit is a piece of junk. Keeps freezing up when trying to record or finalize a disc. RCA/Thomson refused to refund money or provide another model.DON'T BUY IT! "
