"This RCA 2-line phone is used at a fast-paced B&B. We are getting an identical replacement today because Line 1 acts like it won't "hang up" but you need to remember that the hands-free unit has been dropped repeatedly over two years as we are always frantically working around the inn. "Answering machine cut people off after about 10 seconds. Called support department and was told that answering system was not compatible with DSL. If you are a small business and have DSL on your phone line AND want the answering machine to work -- this is NOT the phone for you. "I have purchased two of these phones with the same problem. They do not charge on the base. I have to charge both handsets on my extra charger. So I have to swap the phones every day just to keep them charged. I would not recommend buying this phone. "
