"I ordered my part from your company and then didnt receive it for about two months.

After a couple of weeks I emailed wondering where it was at.

I never received an email back.

In the mean time I got a tv that didn't require that part.

About a month later I noticed you charged my card.

Its a cheap product, dont waste your money.

It was connected to a UPS so I know it did not receive a surge. "
