"Wish I had done more research before buying this phone. Handset frequently loses contact even though it is in its base. It frequently cuts off messages that people are leaving. When is "loses contact", you hear crackling or fax noise when trying to answer a call.

"This arrived three days ago. I charged the battery for 24 hours and the handset never worked. I tried to call their customer service number but they are only open 8am to 8pm EST and the number is not an 800 number.
