Out of tolerance part.

"Package states for 3/4" hole but req'd hole is a tad larger. Soft plastic easily damaged. Soft plastic self-gripping nut can work loose. Not recommended for safety critical applications. "

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
