Poor Quality

"I have purchased almost identical switches from two other vendors that were a bit more reliable and rugged. This particular switch is easily damaged by excessive heat during soldering. The key to successfully soldering these switches is to use a reduced wattage iron (15 watts), use a heat sink clip, pre-tin the wires and only apply heat for about 5 seconds. "Piece of junk. Tried using it for a Cub Scout project making flashlights. Out of 8 switches, 2 didn't work out of the package and by the end of the project only 2 worked as they should. 2 stopped functioning at all and the other 2 turned into monentary "off" switches. "
