"The battery would work in my smoke alarms. The low battery light comes on my smoke alarm when I put a fresh set of batteries in.I bought a 40 pack thinking I would use it for all 6 smoke alarms and the children toys. "If you have kids, then I am sure you have purchased a leapster. I have put "other" batteries in the leapsters and they would last a few days. However RS batteries have been in there for 2 weeks and they are still going strong!! PLEASE put them back on sale @ [$] That was a GREAT DEAL!!!! "
