"This unit is good for me so far-I've only had it for a short time though-but most Radio Shack stuff has lasted me for a while-their return policy is good if not satisfied.The custom features work well-the call back button is a great thing and VIP will come in handy and the backlighted screen helps in a dark setting.I replaced a older CID unit from the mid 1990s and the better features make this unit great-a a/c ..." "The caller id works fine for me, and for the person who has to erase one at a time, the trick is to hit delete when "no new calls" is displayed and at the same time hit the review button. It will ask if you want to delete all calls, and you hit delete again. My problem with the unit is that instead of displaying the waiting call, I am switched to it. "I own the previous version of this product that I am very pleased with. This newer version is inferior to its predecessor. It does not include an AC adapter, the backlight is very dim, so it's not worth the purchase price. "
