"Works great insulating soldered connections. Bring back the plastic bag packaging, I don't need to pay an extra $2.00 for a fancy cardboard and plastic package. Add a little extra shrink wrap instead. "

"Heat shrink only went to about half then quit shrinking. This might work for larger items, but did not shrink to fit the diodes for my truck. I could pull the diodes right back out after "shrinking". "

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

"Works just great for me! You do need a good heat gun, and I have mine set at 450 degrees Farenheit. I used the very small stuff to insulate LED leads right up against the LED itself without any problem. "
