Should not be used with most laptops which do require over 150-Watts. Also requires plug adapters 273-1405 to fit a euro outlet properly.

"got this product after i was told that Nikon's battery charger cable is not rated for Europe's voltage. Product worked great. The only problem is as mentioned by others some hotels have recessed outlets and so you should bring additional adapter (they're only like [$]) to extend this one.Loved it. "

"German outlets are 220V ROUND RECESSED. This is only for flush foreign receptacles.
it sat in the suitcase & I used the Hotel's adapter.
