"I purchased this phone and returned it because often times I would have to unplug the equipment and reset it for no apparent reason. The exchange phone did the same, although not lately. What bugs me the most is a call would come in, I would answer and the screen would display connecting, and then give me an out-of-range message. Thank goodness for caller-id and star 69.
