"This is a regular ordinary phone. What makes it so terrible is the sound quality. People have a hard time hearing you. It also breaks up sometimes. I'd rather talk on my cell. My cellphone has better reception and better sound quality... it should be the opposite. The more i use it, the more i hate it. Put your money towards better use...." Read Full Review »

"When I use this phone, the persons whom I call or who call me complain of poor transmitted sound quality from my phone. Muffled, fuzzy, indistinct. When I switch to my corded phone the sound is much clearer to the other person. "
