Could You Package The Right Parts ?

"The packages indicate that (2 or 3) 1N5402 diodes are enclosed. I purchased 3 packages and there was not a single 1N5402 in the bunch. 1N5402 has a PIV of 200. The 1N5406 that were enclosed in all of the packages has a PIV of 600.
