10+yr service as great exhaust fan

"I installed this in my ranch attic to exhaust the hot air from the utility room below (gas-fired HWH & furnace). Until I installed it, super hot air from the attic would rush into my living space below every Summer. This fan made an appreciable difference to my comfort level and cooling bill as soon as I put it into service! I mounted it atop the fresh-air feed (for combustion) 4" pipe, tied into my gable-ven..." Read Full Review »

Somewhat noisy fan, no AC plug

"[...].I previously purchased a PQ Fan for my entertainment center which is exceptionally quiet and has an attached two prong plug on the cord for easy installation. They even have an available thermostat, though there are many other plug in thermostats available. This unit is more difficult to install, quite a bit louder though it is less expensive. If you are looking for a quieter option, look at the PQ Fan. ..." Read Full Review »

"I have used these fans for years in my reef tanks. The tanks have several hundred watts of lighting on them that are on for 12 hours per day. I have used these fans for about 15 years and they last forever. I am not sure if it was the bearings that went out or all of the dust that built up on my …"  Read Full Review »
