"I've been trying to use my i930 phone as an mp3 player connected to my car reciever. Since the i930 is mono and the reciever is stereo, this plug and a 1/8" stereo wire is required. after 3 visits to 3 different Radioshacks, 3 different compatability guaratantees from clerks and 3 different fittings later, I finally found this. "It works perfectly for the Palm Treo 755p. The only negative aspect is the design of the product. It's a bit longer than I would like it, but otherwise a great functioning adapter. "

"This works with my Palm Centro. Had to trim off some of the outer plastic to get it to go in all the way (phone design issue). It sticks out a little far, but it works. "
