"There are times where I need to have an XLR(mic) connection on my guitar. In order to simulate the XLR(mic) connection, I use this product. It has a very solid performance and there is no buzz. Although it does not make the 1/4" quality boost to an XLR(mic) quality, it definitely maintains a clean s …"  Read Full Review »

"I keep this with my Shure 520DX Green Bullet Mic, along with some other Hi-Z mics I aquired. This little transformer has let me go to venues and plug in directly to the PA. And is so small, I carry it in my pocket. Can't go wrong with this one! "

"I use this for many purposes. The most common one is to hook up an I-pod to a sound board using just one other adapter. I have dropped this several times and it still works and looks like new. "
