"The device works perfectly in my jacks(10 years old). Size was not a problem. The only problem I noted is that most phone plugs "click into" the jacks so they don't pull out easily. This adapter plugs in fine but doesn't click in so it can easily be pulled out. A little tape made it work for me.I us …" Read Full Review »

"Jack is too large. Width is 1cm, typical phone jack is 2mm smaller in width. Waste of money and time...and the sales rep recommended it over another splitter I wanted to buy that actually fit. "
