Works for temperaturesensitive equipment

"This capacitor in contrast to the ceramic disc capacitor worked effectively in an RC circuit, providing a reliable signal after 2 mins of usage or 20 mins of continuous usage. Temperature was not a factor with this device although it did spontaneously go under its capacitance several times. "
