The Cokin Filter-holder is coupled to the lens by means of a screw-in adaptor ring. A change of camera or of lens necessitates only a change of adaptor ring, not the Filter-holder nor the filters. ( Filter Holder Adaptor Rings sold separately ) This is the genius of the Cokin Filter System,,,, Creative flexibility while eliminating the need to purchase the same filter type for lens systems that have different filter diameter sizes!

The Cokin Filter-holder has four grooves. One takes round filters, which can be rotated in the groove. The three others take square filters which can be adjusted up or down at will.

The Cokin Filter-holder rotates on its own axis, guaranteeing flexibility of use and almost unlimited possibilities for the positioning and combination of filters.

Great Customer Photo

"I use this Holder for my Square Cokin Filters. It is a MUST-HAVE if you want to use these filters for your photography. My only bit of criticism is that when it's mounted, it has a tendency to turn too easily... like it's a little loose. But, it's not too bad of an issue. "
