It works. but ...

"I bought this as a gift for my photographer son–in–law. To check it out before giving it to him, I successfully read an SDHC card, both into a USB-2.0 port on my MacBook and a USB-1.1 port on my older G-4. It does, in fact, read and transfer the card's data into both computers. So far, so good.

"Use: media transfer

Good: covers wide spectrum of memory cards but not as many as others -- e.g., Sony

Not so great: poor labeling for memory card ports; no documentation.

Quality build: disappointed. "
