"I have a very basic all-in-one radio/CD changer stereo system that has a single input. I tried to hook up an old turntable to it, but the turntable output wasn't strong enough to drive the stereo. "Had some LP's that I wanted to convert to digital only problem was that the old receiver that I was going to hook the turntable up to did not have line outs. So I got the Pyle Pro pre amp and ran the turntable straight into my PC via it. Worked great! "
