"Good sounding speakers will handle 22 watts RMS and 50 watt peaks easily. These have a very decent "punch" for full range speakers.

Pair these with "blue series" 3way or 4way front speakers with a brand name AM/FM CD receiver and you will have a good sounding system for the budget minded. "

"I bought 2 pair of these speakers. The first pair had one speaker that had no bass. The driver was defective or something. The second pair, neither speaker had any bass, both were defective. "First set I got only 1 worked. Returned those for replacement set and both were defective. The one that did work sounded good though. The price is right if you can get a good pair. Returned them for the Kenwoods which work and sound great. "
