I might have gotten a bum unit, but...

"My Flip arrived today in the mail, and I eagerly popped the included Duracell AAs in and started taping my friends. Sadly, on the 5th video, which was all of 10 seconds (the others were shorter still) the Flip froze and said that the video was unplayable. I tried to turn the unit off to restart, but no dice.
