"This is as good as any 2x aftermarket TC. I have used it on a Nikon 300 f/4 taking pictures of Eagles and it still handled AF at a wide open aperture. "This item is lightweight and easy to use. Only had it for two weeks, need some more practice. Pictures are not as sharp as hoped. But not using tripod. "
