"This thing is heavy ! I would not recommend installing it on the wall by yourself. I did it but I have experience doing things like this by myself. I also would recommend better Lag Bolts than the ones they supply with the unit. I snapped the head off of one in the wall. The unit is perfect , maybe overbuilt of what I needed it for.
