Great little set

"Bought tv for three reasons; first, for a space saving but larger tv for the bedroom; second, to have a dvd player without needing a converter and a half dozen wires; and three, something portable enough to take camping. "The television does a good job when working as a DVD player if you aren't too far from the screen. The DVD does not always start where you want to watch it. To operate it requires using the remote and being at the screen. I purchased this because of it being HD ready, but my old television and the converter box allowed me more channels than this does.
