My only complaint is it is a little bit too small for the area in my room. I think it being a flat screen it is half the size of the older model that was hanging on the wall. "The good point is the size and clarity of the picture. The poor points are the audio for the DVD player and the remote. The audio for the TV works fine, although the speakers are a bit "tinney"; however, the audio for the DVD player is basically worthless. At full volume, it can hardly be heard.
