Extend each antenna out of it's closed mode. I put the flash in my bedroom which is separated by a thick wall, so it fired out the door at the wall in the hall. I went into my living room, still able to see the wall in t..." Read Full Review »

"I hate to give an item a less than stellar review but so far these need more testing. I'm holding out for the promised firmware updates but I am getting very impatient. Out of the box they worked for 2 minutes. Once I got them out at a shoot I had to embarrassingly play with them for 5 minutes just to get them to fire a few times then they stopped again. I've since worked them out but they definitely do not work..." Read Full Review »

"I posted earlier about the flash shoe connection and have since had a chance to test the overall performance of this unit.

Overall, I am less than impressed with this item. The range with a 580exII is about 40-60 ft. Yup, 40-60ft, NOT 800! It does fire consistently within that range but I was pla …"  Read Full Review »
