"I had to return this because it was causing sores behind my ear. Hard to switch from one ear to the other. Controls close together, hard to adjust while driving. Would not recommend this particular model. This model was a great disappointment! "

"Used it on two phones and had very poor luck with both. Thought maybe the first one I bought was defective, took it back for exchange but second was no better.

Battery life shorter than small one it replaced.

Comfort was OK but not as good as I expected. "
