"It's so much easier to carry a cable vs another mini brick for every device you need to charge in your laptop bag. All devices should standardize on USB power with a mini B connector. "I use this device with my Plantronics Voyager 510, and find it a very handy alternative to the wall charger. However, I agree with the other reviewer that the contact is not good. "There is not too much to say about this, it is small, simple, low cost and it works as described.
Plug in the head set to one side and the other to any USB port, and charging starts up.
Good for travel or every day use!

"When I travel, I use USB as a universal power source. Then I use either my laptop or a USB brick (i.e. iPod charger) to charge each device I bring along.
This works perfectly; no complaints.
