"This headset was simple to set up...even for the technologically challenged. It took a bit of time to get the settings adjusted perfectly for all parties, and to rearrage the desk so the phone is not next to the computer. "I supervise a call center, and we all use this product. It buzzes so loudly in our ears that we have headaches by the end of the day. In fact, they buzz so loudly, our callers have a difficult time hearing us! Also, the way the device sits on our heads and ears end cause pain after a while.
