"Ive had this product for a couple of months as I utilize both a Treo as well as Ciscos IP Communicator (computer based softphone). While I have always been pleased with Plantronics designs, I was a bit skeptical about this dual-mode Bluetooth device. The claim is that it can actually pair with two devices. DO NOT BUY....unless you want to take it back

"The charge actually lasts about 2 hours. The range is actually about 20 feet not 33 like it says. I use this with my laptop and people tell me I'm cutting out, fading, not loud enough, all while sitting right in front of my laptop. I have since switched to a corded Logitec and it works great!
