"I am an online professor and need a new headset/mic to use on my web classrooms. I've had good luck with Plantronics and this product would also work with a Mac (most others required Windows). I have only used it once but feedback was that the mic was clear (and I could hear just fine). I don't particularly like the headset which wraps around the back (which this does). "This product isn't too bad, the only issue (and a slightly big one at that) is that the outer portion of the unwired headphone just falls off at some point in it's career, for both sets I bought it was about 3 months of use-- they're both skillfully scotch taped to conceal it though.
