The Plantronics PerSono audio control software provides a single

The PerSono software lets the user adjust audio settings for your
audio applications including Internet telephony, chat and games.
Plantronics PerSono audio control software has eliminated the need

computer's control panel to adjust these multiple audio functions.
The single interface, allows the user to quickly and easily adjust
volume, balance, bass and treble for output sound, as well as mute
and volume adjustment for the microphone. This capability makes it
simple to set personal preferences and obtain the best performance

PC gaming.) The user can also select EQ presets for different music
styles (i.e. rock, jazz, R&B, classical.)

"My son gave my wife his Plantronics DSP 400 to try; claiming they were very comfortable and sounded great .
