"I have one of the first Pioneer plasmas that came out long ago and it still has a great picture. Also Pioneer came out and put a new power supply board in it just last month at no charge to me at all. about a $800.00 fix, and it was over 5 years out of warranty. "I bought the TV at a GREAT DEAL from Best Buy on Black Friday, had it delivered the next day--it was a beautiful TV--the best I have ever seen, incredible on DirecTV HD, even standard TV was great--then the PROBLEM I was watching a Blue Ray DVD on Christmas Night--30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE OF THE TV and 1 hour into the movie, the TV DIED------Nothing I could do to revive it--I tried everything, and all I received ..." "The reviews on this TV aren't helpful here because I'm not sure what product they're reviewing. For example, HDorBust says, "the sound that comes with the TV is...." eh?.. This is a monitor, no speakers come with the TV; doesn't even have in internal amp to hook up your own speakers.

"I have never seen a more lifelike picture- interms of color reproduction and whites and blacks- than this Plasma. It's fun to play nature HD videos and freak out my cats.
