"Pioneer Plasmas are exceptional in picture quality. However, when you have a failure, their product support is very poor and very, very costly when available. The Power switch failed on my Pioneer PDP 5030HD and they wanted me to send it into Pioneer and they were going to charge me $600 just to replace the Power switch.
