"Unlike carousel type DVD players, the Pioneer 6-disc is much smaller, much easier too use and one doesn't have to wait eons for the disc to scan!! One can go from song to song or disc to disc in nanoseconds. I tried out a Teac 5-disc carousel before purchasing the Pioneer, and was woefully disappointed in the slowness and lack of ease.
