"I use the Pila charger to recharge my 18650's, 17670's, 14500's (uses the spacer included with the Pila), and 16340's (needs an extra 15mm spacer, NOT included with the Pila). I check the cells before and after recharging. The Pila occasionally terminates early at 4.05V to 4.15V. It never terminates too late (over 4.20V). Some of my Li-ion charged to >4.20V

"I bought this charger because it was claimed on Candlepowerforums that it does not charge Li-on cells above the critical 4.20V level.
