Unworkable

"VCR will not play properly. Menu for both VCR and DVD does not function. Impossible to set up time or or use timer on VCR. DVD plays but its menu is also unworkable. "Manufacturer" wants $15 to return item. Manufacturer is notPhillips but D.S.L INTL Trading INC...." Read Full Review »
