If mounted on a wall or left free-standing, you probably will be okay; however, if you put it in a cabinet or a armoire, you will not be happy with sound at all. Right out of the box this TV was easy to setup.
With in 5 min. we had this TV up and running.
Excellent HD quality and makes the none HD channels look good to. This is a excellent quality TV. I recommend this Philips 32" PFL6704D/F7 120Hz 2MS 1080p LCD HDTV to everyone.
