"After my previous 13 inch Sharp LCD TV died recently, I was in the market for a new small LCD TV for the kitchen. After shopping around I purchased the Philips 19PFL3504D/F7 19 inch LCD HDTV from a B&M Target store; this is the same TV available here either from Amazon itself or sold through Amazon by target.com/ITC. Nothing But Trouble

"Pros Just average quality. Cons Viewing angle is poor at best. My TV sets about six inches above eye level and the picture is ghost like. I had to place an object at the rear of the base of the TV to prop if forward to be able to view without distortion. Why not make the viewing angle adjustable at the base? I've had this TV for almost one year, the picture is so clear and it's a perfect size. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one for my home office. Works without a DTV converter box, but you might need a small antenna, there are a couple of channels that don't come in. "
