"I was shocked at the size. It is about 2 inches long maybe a quarter inch thick and half inch wide. I keep it in the box it comes in to make it easier to find in my gadget bag. With my IST DL I have a 3second timer release as well as instant release other cameras may differ. The only flaws I have seen have more to do with the camera instead of the remote. "I agree with the prior reviewer about some of the product features and size. Basically, this remote does what it's supposed to. However, there are no loop-holes for attaching a lanyard. Nor have I found a way to replace the battery, or to determine if the battery is low. "I was always using the timer on my Pentax k20 then rush back and hope I got in the picture with the family before it went off. This is so easy to use and very handy. But I was surprise about the size when I recieved it. Almost thought the box was empty. Don't let the size full you. Works great. "
