Its unique single stud design allows an easy installation and optimal electrical and A/V component cable access. The SA745PU is UL-listed to hold up to 4 times the stated load capacity and can support 97% of LCD and plasma flat panels TV up to 45”.

"Bought this to mount a Sony KDL40V2500 in the bedroom offline with the bed. The mount is heavy and very solid. Easy to install and setup. Follow the directions and you should have no problems. If you think about supporting a 50#+ television 18" off the wall you can get a little queasy. The action and adjustments are smooth and the support is rock solid. 2nd Peerless mount I own. "Due to location, I must pull out my 42" LCD screen and turn it 45 degrees every time. The operation is very smooth and predictable. One flaw was a bolt hole that was not tapped clean enough for the bolt to thread. I tapped it further and the bolt went right in. "
