Works OK but very hard to adjust

"Already owned one of these mounts. It came with a long enough allen wrench to adjust its locking screws. This one requires a Phillips Screwdriver but there's not enough room to use one effectively to adjust the mount. Need a special, long screwdriver in order to change the tilt, etc...."
