"This tripod came along with the purchase of the Sony HDRFX7 Complete Production Kit. I purchased it on May 3rd 2009 and after using the tripod only two times (for church sermons) it broke in my hands on May 31, 2009. When I was setting up for the recording, I extended the legs.
