"I was so tired of Bluetooth always cutting out, or my headset's battery dying after I'd been on conference calls and/or did call backs...so I am going back to wired. For the money this headset is great! I used to get the Radio Shack brand and thought it was way better, but they quit making it, so this was a close second.
