"This DVD freezes up both while in use, and while off, it happens repeatedly---3, 4, 5 times during use. A paper clip has to be inserted into a hidden hole to reset it each time it freezes.Thought of replacing the remote control, but that won't solve the problem since the controls on the DVD itself won't work either, until it's been re-set.I purchased it for the same reason some of the other reviewers cited.
