"I have been looking LONG for the best full-featured telephone answering machine available, and this is probably about as close as it gets at this time. Of particular help to me was the fact that this unit has speakerphones in the two hand sets as well as the base, which is very important if you need to multitask while on hold. "Like the 800 block feature, that has to be a favorite. I love the fact I didn't have to program all the phones, that was a real time saver. Programming this phone was easy.

The voice id is hard to understand sometimes.

I didn't give it 5 stars, because I've only had this phone a few weeks. "
